Made to Enable (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides business-building programs, platforms, and services, including but not limited to AlignedOS™, Client Engine™, Happy Paying Clients™, Made to Enable Society, and related offerings (“Programs”). By enrolling in or purchasing access to any Made to Enable Program, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the following terms and conditions.


2. Enrollment & Payment

  • Full payment is required at the time of enrollment unless otherwise specified.

  • If you are offered a payment plan, you agree to complete all payments as scheduled, regardless of your level of participation in the Program.


3. No Refund Policy

  • All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for AlignedOS™, Made to Enable Society, or any other programs, products, or services offered by Made to Enable.

  • If you have any questions or concerns about whether a program is right for you, please reach out to us before making your purchase. We’re happy to help you make an informed decision.

  • If you experience any challenges during your program or platform access, our team is here to support you and help you get the most out of your experience.

  • By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy as it applies to all current and future offerings from Made to Enable.


4. Program Access

  • Upon enrollment and receipt of payment, you will receive access to the relevant Made to Enable Program(s), such as AlignedOS™, Client Engine™, or community platforms, on the indicated start date and for the duration specified at purchase.

  • Access is for your individual use only and may not be shared, sold, or transferred.


5. Intellectual Property

  • All program and platform materials, including but not limited to videos, software, workbooks, templates, and frameworks, are the intellectual property of Made to Enable.

  • You may use these materials for your personal business development only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share program or platform content without written permission.


6. Confidentiality

  • You agree to respect the privacy and confidentiality of all participants, business owners, and facilitators in any Made to Enable Program or platform. You will not share any personal, business, or proprietary information of other participants, business owners, or facilitators outside the program environment, unless you have their explicit written consent.


7. Disclaimer

  • Results are not guaranteed. Your success in any program or platform depends on many factors, including your own effort, participation, implementation of the program materials, prior experience, and current market conditions, among others. Individual results will vary.

  • Made to Enable does not provide legal, financial, or tax advice. Please consult your own professional advisors as needed.


8. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Made to Enable and its team shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your participation in any Made to Enable Program or platform, including but not limited to any losses, injuries, or damages resulting from the use or misuse of program or platform materials or resources.
